How it works
Every engagement is bespoke to meet the specific needs of each team. While everything is customizable, engagements typically follow these four phases.
Design
Based on results from Discovery, customized experiences are designed for the team, including offsites and meetings. Innovative and proven approaches are incorporated into the design to provide interactive, cutting-edge experiences for the team.
Delivery
Meetings and offsites are facilitated to ensure interactive sessions where everyone's voice is heard and the most important issues are addressed. The team learns valuable tools and techniques and collaboratively defines a robust Action Plan to drive meaningful progress.
Discovery
Things kick off with comprehensive data collection, including stakeholder interviews, a team diagnostic survey, and organizational data review. Data analysis identifies the team's strengths and how they are performing well, in addition to crucial areas of improvement.
Drive & Dedication
To drive meaningful progress and change, there needs to be ongoing commitment and action. I provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support during meetings, calls, follow-up interviews, and emails.
What it looks like
While most engagements last 12 months, we can customize the length based on your team's needs and resources.
6 Month Engagement
Half-year engagements are well-suited for new teams, new leaders, strategic planning, and when there is HRBP support to help continue momentum post-engagement.
12 Month Engagement
A yearlong engagement is optimal for teams navigating significant changes or challenges, such as deep conflict, lack of alignment and accountability, or a turnaround situation.
There are several benefits to bringing in a neutral, third-party facilitator for offsite, including enabling everyone to participate, extensive expertise, and increased efficiency.
